Yes. Free migration is included with WaseerHost shared, WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans. There is no extra fee for moving your existing websites, databases and email to us.
Your website files, databases, email accounts and messages, and settings such as cron jobs and subdomains. For WordPress and WooCommerce sites we also update the site address and check that pages, logins and checkout work before you switch.
No. We copy your site while it stays live at your old host, test it on our servers, and only then ask you to update your DNS or name servers. Visitors keep seeing the old site until the switch, so there is no downtime.
After you sign up, open a migration ticket with your old host's control panel login (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin or similar) or FTP and database access. If your old host provides full cPanel backups, that is the fastest route.
Most small business and WordPress sites are moved within one to two days of receiving working access. Very large sites or stores may take longer, and we will give you an estimate before we start.
We recreate your mailboxes and copy existing messages. When you change your MX records or name servers, new email starts arriving at WaseerHost while your old messages are already waiting in the new mailboxes.
Sites built on closed website builders such as Wix, Squarespace or Shopify cannot be exported as working files, so they need to be rebuilt, for example in WordPress. We will tell you before starting if anything about your site can't be moved.
Yes. We transfer data over encrypted connections, keep your old site untouched, and delete any temporary copies once your site is live with us. Access details you share in the ticket are only used for the migration.
