Nothing. Website migration is free with our hosting plans. You pay only for the hosting plan you choose, at the price shown on its plan card.
Access to your current host, either the cPanel login or the WordPress admin login, and the domain name of the site. If your old host does not use cPanel, a full backup of the files and the database also works.
Your old site keeps running while we copy it. Visitors only reach the new copy after you change your domain's DNS, so you can check the new site first and switch when you are ready.
Yes. A WordPress migration copies the whole wp-content folder (themes, plugins and uploads) and the database, which holds your posts, pages, users and settings. We then update the database details in wp-config.php so the site connects on the new server.
If your email is hosted with your old web host, tell us when you request the move. Email accounts on your domain need their own step, and we will plan it with you so no messages go missing.
